Fiveways Online would like to welcome our newest neighbour, Chameleon Thai Restaurant, Cafe and Bar. Sophie, the Restaurant Manager, has been very busy preparing the Restaurant and sourcing the right employees, not least the Chef who has 15 years experience in Thai cooking. Fiveways Online believes a Thai Restaurant is just what the area needs bringing something different to the area than what currently exists. As you may have guessed we are big fans of Thai food! Open 11am-2pm for lunch and 5pm-10.30pm Chameleon also offers take aways and quick lunches from just £5.95 Chameleon is at 300 Ditchling Road, on 01273 552080. With Thai staples such as a delicious Green Curry and special dishes such as Tamarind Duck, and a delightful sounding Steamed Sea Bass in Lemon Sauce with ginger and spring onions, Chameleon is changing the food choices locally with authentic Thai cooking for the more adventurous locally. The decor is in a soft green and bamboo, well lit with soft lighting, and soft furnishings in good taste and is very welcoming.
